Tianjin Hengji Steel Co.Ltd covers a land area of approx. 40,000sqm. Our company now owns 16 production lines, 8 longitudinal shearing machines and 1 cold rolling mill, and develops and exploits internal wall FBE and external wall 3LPE on the steel pipes and stainless steel interlining welding technology, both of them have got the patent of Tianjin . Our company has advanced three production lines of internal wall FBE, external wall heat complex three layers PE (can do the anti-corrosion treatment on the steel pipes, diameter range from 32mm-2820mm, and length from 5m to 18m, install the on-line electrical spark inspection machine, thickness inspection instrument, on-line code spray, inspection data stored on computer, which can keep and track for 5 years).The annual output is 400,000 tons. Our company has passed ISO9001 national quality management system certification, ISO14001 environment management system certification and OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certification .And the company actively develops diversified operations,forming a production system with ERW welded pipes and galvanized pipes as flagship products and covering pipes, steel coils and sheets. The company uses Q195 steel strip supplied from large steel mills in Baotou, Tangshan and Tianjin for the production of all the ERW pipes;the quality of raw materials guarantees that the quality of the products is always among the best in the industry.
